June- Guided Hike (for Faculty & Staff)

In celebration of Great Outdoors Month this June, RFW member and experienced hike leader Patrick Shremshock, will be leading a 3-mile hike along a paved TVA trail. This is a wonderful opportunity to get outside, connect with nature, and take time for movement, mindfulness, and overall well-being.
