Lion Alert Emergency Notification Sign-Up

UNA Police strongly encourages all students and employees to add mobile numbers for emergency text notifications!

UNA’s Lion Alert is a mass notification system that allows students and employees to receive time-sensitive emergency messages from the University in the form of email, voice, and text messages (such as Active Shooter, Fire, Bomb Threat, Severe Weather, etc.).

All UNA email addresses of current students and employees are automatically enrolled in Lion Alert; however, the timeliest way to receive emergency notifications is to add your mobile number for text and/or voice messages.

To add mobile and phone numbers, log into the Lion Alert system using your UNA credentials, and you may add additional mobile, voice-only, and/or email contacts.

Lion Alert information is confidential and will not be shared for any other purposes and you can opt out of text messages at any time.
