Freshman Forum is a branch of SGA that provides education and leadership opportunities for freshmen at UNA. The Freshman Forum is the voice of the freshmen on campus, comprising five committees that make up the branch. Those committees include Outreach and Philanthropy, Service, Student Welfare, Social, and Public Relations. As Forum members, you will be in charge of planning initiatives for the freshman class and service projects on campus and in the Shoals community. Applications will close on August 31st!

This is the official application form for Freshman Forum 2026-2027.
The meetings for Freshman Forum will be held on Wednesdays from 5:00-7:00 p.m. If you have a scheduling conflict, please let us know. All Freshman Forum members must maintain a GPA of 2.25 or higher. To apply to Freshman Forum, you must be a first-year student here at UNA.
