CTL Webinar: Canvas Studio
Join the Center for Teaching and Learning on Tuesday, September 15, from 2:00-3:00 pm for a hands-on introduction to Canvas Studio, Canvas’s built-in video tool for creating and sharing engaging videos. Whether you’re brand new to Studio or want a refresher, this session will walk you through the essentials.
In this webinar, we’ll cover:
Recording a video directly in Studio
Uploading existing video files
Basic editing tools (trimming, captions, etc.)
Creating video quizzes to check student understanding
Embedding Studio videos into Canvas pages, assignments, and discussions
(Time permitting) Using Studio to record video feedback for student work
No prior experience with Studio is required. Bring your questions — we’ll leave time for troubleshooting and Q&A. Please register on the event website.
