This 2-in-1 coverage combines permanent life insurance with long-term care protection in one plan. If long-term care is needed, benefits may help pay for care. If long-term care is not needed, the policy provides a life insurance benefit for your beneficiaries, subject to the terms of the policy.

Enrollment: September 14–October 9

Participation in this benefit is completely voluntary. However, this enrollment period provides a one-time opportunity for guaranteed coverage* with no medical questions. To take advantage of this opportunity, you must enroll during the initial offering.

Several informational resources will be available during the enrollment period. An email will be sent on September 14 with information about coverage options, costs, and enrollment. The email will also include details on how to schedule a virtual, personal consultation with a long-term care advisor who can answer questions about the plan.

Employees may also attend one of three live webinars hosted by long-term care enrollment consultants:
• September 15 at 10:00 a.m.
• September 16 at 1:00 p.m.
• September 17 at 3:00 p.m.
