Medicare Part D Creditable Drug Coverage Notice

As part of our annual benefits requirements, we have posted the Medicare Part D Creditable Drug Coverage Notice on the HR website for your information and future reference.

This notice confirms that the prescription drug coverage offered through the University of North Alabama is considered creditable coverage under Medicare Part D. The notice is provided annually to employees for their records.

No action is required at this time. If you or a covered family member becomes eligible for Medicare in the future, you may want to keep this notice with your important benefits records for reference.

If you have a Medicare-eligible spouse or dependent covered under your UNA health plan, please provide them with a copy of the notice as well.
