New Academic Advising Resource: The Advisor’s Toolkit for Student Success

In partnership with the Center for Teaching and Learning, the University Success Center is piloting a new Canvas-based Advising resource for faculty and staff Advisors at UNA.
Whether you are a new or current academic advisor, this resource is built to support your professional growth and answer your day-to-day questions. The course provides new advisors with essential training on everything from core advising duties to navigating technical systems and university policies. For existing advisors, it functions as an easily accessible, continuously updated toolkit for refreshing your knowledge and finding targeted solutions whenever you need them.
USC staff will provide an overview of the Advising Toolkit and answer questions about newer technical resources on Sept. 30 from 3 – 4 PM in Collier Library Rm. 132.
