Stop by our helpdesk office in the library this week for help with campus-related technology like getting your device(s) connected to UNA’s Wi-Fi, setting up email on your mobile devices, registering your device in UNA’s MFA platform, resetting your password, installing MS Office products, and more.

The fine print: You must be registered for the prize drawings and be a currently enrolled student for the fall 2026 semester with a valid Mane Card in order to win. UNA employees are not eligible to win (student employees are eligible). All eligible participants may win only one prize drawing. Winners will be drawn at various times each day. ITS will verify the eligibility of the winners and contact them for prize pickup. You do not need to be present to win, although any prizes unclaimed within 2 business days will be redrawn until a winner claims their prize.
