SUMMARY:UNA Scotland Study Abroad Interest Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Come learn about the 2027 Scotland Study Abroad Program. The program will immerse students in the cultural landscapes of Edinburgh\, Newbattle\, Loch Tay\, and Dunbar. Using trees as a lens for exploring history\, memory\, and environmental change\, students will work with Scottish heritage professionals to conduct archival and map research\, oral histories\, landscape documentation\, and visitor surveys. They will combine their findings in a digital StoryMap and short reports while developing practical skills in historical research\, digital mapping\, heritage interpretation\, and collaborative fieldwork. Students do not need to be a history major or a history graduate student to participate!
